Now that we’ve all gotten weird-close to our pets during the pandemic, the thought of someone else taking care of them is scary af. And asking friends and family to play helicopter pet parent can get…awkward. Meanwhile, sitters on Rover actually encourage control-freak pet parents (all of us) to provide super-specific care instructions via the Rover app. In this national campaign, we avoided cutesy category norms and asked real Rover customers to share their real (and gloriously strange) care instructions. Spoiler alert: there’s a dog ice cream party involved.
